Polish Register of Shipping (PRS) Hellas located in Piraeus is seeking to fill the vacancy for the position of Marine Surveyor, who will be responsible mainly for classification and statutory surveys.
Professional Experience:
- At least 3 years of work experience in the shipping industry, either as a class surveyor or Owner superintendent, shipyard quality control inspector, or an Engineer (on board merchant vessels)
- Previous experience as a Marine surveyor in other classification societies will be an advantage.
Other Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Greek Language (written and spoken),
- Good Computer skills,
- Possession of driving License,
- Ability to work as a team member and on tight schedules,
- Physically able to work in confined spaces, hazardous atmospheres, etc.,
- Willing to travel frequently.
