Investor and technical supervision

The supervision inspector function is fulfilled on the basis of construction law act and includes basically:

• representing the investor on the construction site through control of the construction execution compliance with building design and building permit, rules and the technical knowledge;   
• verification of the quality of performed works and constructed building objects, in particular preventing the use of faulty materials and of those not approved for use in building industry;
• verification and acceptance of construction works to be covered or concealed, participation in tests and technical surveys of installations, technical appliances and chimney channels and preparation of, and participation in, acceptance activities of completed construction objects and in their acceptance for use;
• confirmation of actually provided works and removal of defects, and at the request of investor, control of settlement of construction accounts.
